In the event of a purchase by an On-Line Buyer the deposit will be applied against the purchase price and the balance, if any, will be charged to the credit card used for the deposit. For On-line Buyers the deposit will be two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) paid by credit card. Additionally, Buyers must submit a valid government issued identification matching the form of payment and Buyer registration.
